Welcome back to my glorious blog I hope you are having a great day, and hey if you aren't then maybe I can cheer you up with some good news. This week on my blog I will be making get this, risotto and pork chops. The last two weeks have been focused on my Spanish heritage and older recipes but this week I am going to make something my mom makes all the time to show off a little of my Italian cooking style. Trust me you won't want to miss this from my gorgeous plating to its amazing taste I don't see what could go wrong(knock on wood), I hope you will join me in making some delicious risotto and pork chops it should be really fun. Hi, welcome back to the blog I'm Anthony your host and today I will be telling you all about my experience of making Pollo guisado, which means stewed chicken in Spanish. For this meal, I have employed my mom as the resident cooking expert for some help making this dish (this was kind of important because she knows the recipe and I don't).
