Week 6- Cordon Bleu

Hello everybody and welcome back to my blog, Today we will be making some scrumptious cordon bleu and cubed red potatoes, this meal comes from Sweden, which I had no idea, but anyway, my parents have been making this since I was around like 6 so I always enjoy it. First, the ingredients, chicken breast,  ham and fresh mozzarella cheese for stuffing the cordon bleu, red potatoes, Bread crumbs and mayonnaise for breading the chicken, butter, paprika,  and all of the basic seasonings salt, pepper, and onion powder. Hi everybody, Welcome back to my blog This week I will be making some delicious cordon bleu and cubed potatoes.  This is a swiss meal but we decided a while ago that we would try and make it and it turns out that we really liked it, this dish consists of chicken, ham, mozzarella cheese, and the potatoes for the side dish. Week 5- Tiger Shrimp and Tostones

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog, if you are new I'm Anthony And this is my 20-times project. Today we are going to learn how to make tiger shrimp and tostones (smashed and fried plantains.) For this recipe, I went down to my grandma's house to learn all about how to make this. First, the ingredients, Depending on how many people you have you will want that many plantains     (the things that look like bananas) a few bags of colossal tiger shrimp and for the special dipping sauce later you will need cocktail sauce( any generic kind will do), horseradish sauce, and minced garlic. now since you are going to fry the plantains you will need any vegetable oil for the frying. and for the seasonings, you will need salt as always and old bay seasoning. ingredients. week 4- Fried Rice and Teriyaki Chicken

Hi guys and welcome back to the blog, today we are making fried rice and teriyaki chicken. Now it is time for the recipe first, you will need many ingredients, chicken breast, mirin sauce, garlic, eggs, green onions, ponzu sauce, peas and carrots, rice, soy sauce, onion powder, oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, and of course salt. ingredients First thing you need to do is to start the rice I'm not going to bore you with the details you already know from my pollo guisado blog, so basically you for every cup of rice you add one cup of water plus one and a half at the end so 4 cups of rice 5 and a half cups of water, once you put the water into the pot you add a tablespoon of oil and ¾ teaspoon of salt, add rice and put lid on top cook for 20 minutes. Once you have your rice cooking you need to start cutting your green onions until you have a half cup of chopped green onions. week three-Risotto and Pork Chops

Hello everybody, and welcome back to my blog as always I'm your host Anthony Foraker and today I'll be telling you all about the wonder or making risotto and pork chops. Risotto is an Italian dish that uses special rice called arborio rice, along with risotto arborio rice is usually used for rice pudding. For this meal, I once again employed my mom for all of her cooking knowledge. Now let's get into the recipe. All the ingredients. For this meal, you will need arborio rice, pork chops (thin o thick cut it doesn't matter, cooking time varies), 1 red pepper(or any color), minced garlic, 2 32 ounce cartons of chicken broth, salt(because what doesn't use salt), onion powder, butter, and 1 can of artichoke hearts. and a little lemon juice.
